When you obey Christ’s commands. (Vv. 1–6)
(Luke 6:46; 1 John 5:3)They believed Christ.
They followed Christ.
They submitted to Christ.
They were used by Christ.
They glorified Christ.
When you give from your resources.
(Mark 11:5–6)Jesus calls us to live a life of giving & serving.
(Mark 10:45; Luke 9:23)Giving is the response of trust and faith.
(Luke 6:38)Giving begets praise.
When you passionately praise the Lord.
(Matt. 21:9; Ps. 118:26; Luke 19:37–38; Ps. 150:6)Praise is a response to salvation.
Praise is an indicator of faith.
Praise is a liberator from fear.
When you refuse to be hindered by critics.
(Luke 19:39–40)“The evil one always tries to hinder praise and deflect glory from Jesus.”
Refuse to hinder your praise.
Refuse to hinder your prayer. (Matt. 20:31)
Refuse to hinder children. (Matt. 21:15–16)
Refuse to hinder the hurting. (Matt. 21:14)
Refuse to hinder your testimony. (Acts. 4:18–20)
