1. Mankind is created by God. (Ps. 139:13–16)

1. You were created purposefully.

2. You were created for God.

3. You were created in the “image of God”.

2. Mankind is created in two genders. (V. 27)

   1. Both men and women are equally made in the “image of God”.

   2. Both men and women are commissioned by God to serve Him in His creation.

   3. Both men and women are blessed by God. 
      (Vv. 28–30)

3. Mankind was created for community and intimacy.
   (Vv. 18, 20–22)

   1. Isolation and loneliness are not good for mankind.

   2. You were designed for community.

   3. You were designed for intimacy.

   4. You were designed for joyful fulfillment.

4. Jesus came to restore and save mankind. 
   (Gal. 3:22–29; 4:4–7)

   1. All have sinned.

   2. All are helpless.

   3. Christ came to restore us.
