1. The facts: Our condition in Christ. (V. 6)

   • You are crucified with Christ.

   • You are liberated in Christ. (V. 6b)

   • You are alive to God. (Vv. 8, 10–11)

2. The exhortation: Our consideration in this life. (V. 11)

   • Consider yourself dead to sin.
